"State Farm has been a complete pleasure to gain my business as of 9/5. I’d like to recognize Cole for getting my auto policies switched over from another carrier that I will not name. Cole has reached out to me about 15 times before I was willing to make the changes. The changes have greatly given my husband and myself a HUGE discount and it almost didn’t seem logical. However State Farm is its own entity and therefore the cheaper rates are totally possible! I called State Farm back today and spoke to B J in very great length. She was absolutely wonderful and she explained all the different endorsements for a new homeowners policy and with being a first time homeowner , I did add a couple of endorsements today . I’m fully more than confident that all our needs are met! Kudos to Cole and Bj for their superb customer service. I MOST DEFINITELY highly recommend State Farm to anyone looking for great rates and the best customer service EVER!"

"Worst experience i ever had with an insurance company. The lady we dealt with stole from us and did things behind our back. Could not even get ahold of the main manager because they gave us the run around. If you cancel your policy with them expect them to spend your refund on the remaining policy when you no longer have a policy."
